Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5 percent per month or the highest rate permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRC RJ FRONTGATE, LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our services, including damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. During any client engagement and for twelve months after its conclusion, the client agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit or hire any employee or contractor of TRC Frontgate who was materially involved in providing services. If the client hires any such personnel in violation, a fee equal to twenty-five percent of annual compensation for the first year of employment applies.
TRC Frontgate may engage qualified subcontractors to perform portions of services, remaining fully responsible for all work delivered. Subcontractors are selected based on expertise and credentials and are bound by confidentiality, data protection, and compliance obligations consistent with these Terms. All subcontracts include provisions requiring compliance with applicable laws and protection of client confidential information.
TRC Frontgate acts as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of the client. Neither party may bind the other or incur obligations on behalf of the other. Personnel providing services are our employees or contractors and are not considered client employees for any purpose including tax withholding, benefits, or workers compensation coverage.
By using our website or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us by email or through the website. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. Standard data rates may apply depending on your service provider.
